This 19,300 SF project developed by Argo Property Group reimagines a crumbling milk depot building and transforms it into a modern 17-unit multifamily habitat. The architecture team from Bright Common analyzed the existing structure to determine which components could be salvaged and revitalized. Residential units will have a pronounced urban aesthetic with existing materials exposed within individual units, while a composition of metal-clad additions will be added to the structure. These modern additions vary in sizes, resembling an assemblage of containers. The overall building unfolds around a hidden courtyard, offering private outdoor space for residents.
The Milk Depot is the anchor of the Brewerytown Commons development with seventeen 1 and 2 bedroom loft apartments, full elevator access, rooftop deck, business lounge, and tenant gym. Mega Supply Pro is procuring and delivering to the site a full range of construction products, building materials, electrical and plumbing fixtures, flooring, tile, and other finishes. Everything is being delivered on time, and within agreed upon budget.
