Mega Supply Pro is working with US Construction on their latest Northern Liberties residential development comprising of 13 townhomes and 5 story multi-family apartment building, – “Liberty Park Place”. We are facilitating the progress by procuring and supplying a range of building materials and finishes for the project, including, tile, flooring, custom kitchens and cabinetry, lighting fixtures, and more.
The building will house twenty five units above a first-floor commercial space. The units include either a one or two bedroom (with one bathroom per bedroom) and range between 550 sq.ft. and 1050 sq.ft. in size. They also have an open plan living, dining, kitchen, plentiful closet space, and laundry in each unit. Every unit also has a dedicated additional storage area on the same floor.
Apartments share a spacious roof deck with partial green roof and a cabana, where you can enjoy the outdoors either in the sun or during the soothing summer drizzle. Thirteen off-street parking spots are provided for the multi-family building at the first floor below the building, along with a secure parking for bikes.
