Multifamily Luxury Coming to Germantown
5535 Pulaski Ave aka The Nook is a new four-story, 34-unit luxury multi-family apartment building just off of Chelten Ave in Northwest Philadelphia's Germantown, which has been somewhat neglected by real estate developers in comparison with other parts of the city. This has been changing in recent years with an influx of young professionals looking for a calm suburb-like living environment with lots of greenery, and world-class amenities.
Developed by Stamm Development Group, with materials supplied by Mega Supply Pro, The Nook will have the best of the best in modern finishes and building technology, while playing into a retro art and design theme. We are working with Tester Construction, who is in charge of the structure, on sourcing and delivering everything from hardwood flooring and stainless steel appliances to bathroom tile and fixtures that will make the units especially desirable and convenient.
The design features a façade with white panels and black trim around the floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the building a distinct modern aesthetic. The first floor features light tan brick that adds texture at the pedestrian level, blending the building into its environment.
