  • Local deliveries are always free.

  • We work with your budget (you set a budget per trade, i.e. plumbing, lighting, etc.) and materials show up on your job site, per your schedule.

  • We source materials and finishes that match your stylistic direction (we follow trends and can help you decide on one if desired). Including custom product packages (windows, closets, mirrors, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.).

  • You will have access to materials you thought were out of your budget (because you get to utilize our volume discounts).

  • We offer complete transparency, with no games or hidden costs – we will tell you right away what's realistic and what isn't.

  • You’ll be presented with up to 6 options per item in an intuitive spreadsheet with prices, pictures, etc.

  • We handle all the logistics, and all negotiations.

  • We can store your materials in our warehouse for free until your project is ready for them (within a reasonable timeframe).

  • We will provide insurance, pictures, and anything else for loan draw requests if needed.

  • We’re a certified woman-owned business located just outside of Philadelphia, PA.

We work on low markups and high volumes. The more work we do - the lower our prices get. We can already extend you the best discounts in the industry. For our protection, we do ask for a retainer, ALL of which gets applied to your orders.

 
How do I get started?

Ideally, we’d like to see your takeoffs, or a list of materials, quantities, sq.ft. etc. We’ll meet your team, discuss your project, our process, your stylistic preferences, and answer any questions you may have.

 
Then what?

We open accounts, process credit application and terms. You set a budget for finishes and materials, provide project schedule, and we go to work.
