Mega Supply Pro Returns and Refunds Policy

All in-stock orders are shipped within 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days after the order is finalized. The customer must inspect items upon receipt and NOTE any damages/shortages on the delivery receipt (driver's copy) before the driver leaves. Concealed damage must be reported to Mega Supply Pro within 36 hours.

RETURNS: Within 30 days of receipt customer may request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return items that Mega Supply Pro stocks and which are not a special order item if (i) the item(s) is/are in new condition, suitable for resale in its/their undamaged original packaging and with all original parts; and (ii) it has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged.

Custom-made products are not returnable. Non-stock items may be returned only upon the manufacturer's approval of the return. Subject to applicable fees and shipping expenses. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
