Mega Supply Pro is once again happy to announce its latest collaboration with Tester Construction Group on a new five-story 28-unit apartment building at the north end of Philadelphia’s vibrant Fishtown neighborhood, which was recently finished.
Located adjacent SEPTA’s Berks Station, 102 West Berks Street is a modern addition to the community and offers its residents convenient connectivity to the rest of the city. The building features a ground floor aimed at attracting retail opportunities, a residential lobby, as well as a 600-square-foot roof deck. The project has added a major destination to the area with 26,000 square feet of retail space
Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture, the residential units elevated above the street level and provide residents with greater privacy, while high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows will allow ample light to enter the spaces. Mega Supply Pro had been working directly with manufacturers even during the global pandemic to supply a range of high quality fixtures and luxury finishes for the project.
Mega Supply Pro had equipped the bathrooms with TOTO toilets, matte black plumbing fixtures and accessories from Pfister, matched by sliding shower doors with black hardware. The sophisticated modern bathroom cabinetry and vanities in the units play exceptionally well with the white hexagonal backsplash tile, underlining the timeless contemporary aesthetic of the interiors. Additionally, each unit comes with a high quality compact and economical GE washer + dryer combos.
102 West Berks Street features floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the spacious rooms in sunlight, giving the natural hardwood floors an especially warm and cozy feel. Diagonally cut subway tile backsplash in the kitchens is accentuated by high quality surfaces, countertops, black appliances and matching faucets and sinks.
Aside from the traditional purchasing and procurement roles, Mega Supply Pro is also able to offer its clients design and custom manufacturing services. From custom kitchen cabinetry to custom aluminum windows, – no job is beyond our capacity and expertise.
The development also includes the renovation of the existing industrial building located at Berks Street and North Howard Street. The preservation of the old structure will provide more balance in the development, with all of its contemporary glory.
