A New Staple in the Temple University Neighborhood
This project by Tester Construction includes the demolition of an existing 10,400 SF warehouse and the new construction of 20 Units, 43 Beds, and 3,000 SF of commercial space. The total building size will be approximately 25,700 SF. Mega Supply Pro has been procuring building materials, finishes and fixtures, and coordinating deliveries with the job site crews to streamline the process by reducing waste and delays.
Aside from the building materials, Mega Supply Pro is sourcing top of the line plumbing for the bathrooms, such as TOTO toilets, and matte black fixtures and matching accessories from Delta and Pfister. Bathroom interiors are complemented with chic glossy white tile, and natural wood transitional vanities, courtesy of our procurement experts.
Mega Supply Pro also designed and delivered custom kitchen cabinets for the new kitchens, featuring stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, hardwood flooring, recessed ceiling lights, backsplash tile, and natural stone countertops. The resulting package is a unique in its functional aesthetic living environment in one of the fastest developing neighborhoods in Philadelphia.
