As you probably know, Mega Supply Pro was started over a decade ago in Philadelphia. Since then we've outgrown the city of brotherly love, and are now working with developers across the nation, from Floria to New England.
Developed by Aranson Maguire Group, the 708 East 6th Street is a large 3-unit multifamily home in South Boston, a traditional city neighborhood with an extended waterfront playground.
With the desire to create a unique urban living experience the property developers approached Mega Supply Pro for sourcing and supplying building materials, appliances, finishes, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting, custom cabinetry, and other items for this contemporary interior.
Working directly with our manufacturing partners from Baden Haus, Mega Supply Pro designed and produced a range of custom bathroom vanities, matched by high quality medicine cabinets from Kohler, equipped with LED lighted mirrors. For the plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms we've supplied stylish modern packages with faucets and shower trim from Hansgrohe. The tenants will also enjoy top of the line TOTO Aquia toilets, courtesy of Mega Supply Pro. Because of our direct relationships with manufacturers, and volumes of past work, we've been able to get major discounts, and extend them to our customer for this gorgeous Boston home.
The kitchens at 708 East 6th Street are adorned with quarts countertops, italian cabinetry, and more plumbing fixtures from Hansgrohe. We've also supplied a range of energy-saving recessed LED lights from Nicor throughout the building. Some of the centerpieces in the units' kitchens are the panel-ready fridges, and stainless steel Bertazzoni appliances that we've been able to provide at very steep discounts.
Mega Supply Pro also sourced and delivered compact washer and ventless dryer combos for each unit from Blomberg, which became an instant hit with the residents, raising the value and retention rate for the property owners.
All of these materials were supplied by Mega Supply Pro at discounted wholesale prices, lower than big box stores and distributors can provide. We've also coordinated all the deliveries with the project's schedule, reducing waste and downtime to none, which saved a ton of money and headaches for the building developers.
