In 2012 Post Brothers undertook the immense renovation and remodeling project and turned the old apartment towers into a sophisticated in style, thoughtful in features and radically environmentally friendly living experience. The renovated units feature LED recessed lighting, new tilt-and-turn windows, hardwood floors, and sleek bathrooms with waterfall shower heads – all sourced or produced, as well as delivered on time by Mega Supply Pro product specialists and procurement gurus.

313 Race Street Residences

AKA United Nations

AKA approached Mega Supply Pro in search of state of the art kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and siematic walnut cabinets. We've also designed and delivered luxurious bathroom packages with Italian marble, glass shower enclosures, and sparkling fixtures that are winning customer satisfaction awards left and right.

Parx Casino

Topping the list of 12 casinos, Parx Casino® boasts the highest payback percentage of any Pennsylvania casino. When in 2015 Parx announced plans for expansion, they needed a supply management and schedule coordination partner that could handle the fast turnarounds and levels of quality requred to accomodate 10 million annual guests in a 24/7 operational environment.

Set on the charming Pine Street of West Philadelphia, Garden Court Plaza Apartments feature a contemporary mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units. The beautiful art-deco building offers some of the area’s finest amenities, including original historic building characteristics, great views accentuated by custom aluminum windows produced by Mega Supply Pro, a huge rooftop garden space, a parking garage, refinished and new hardwood flooring, expansive ceilings, and a dog park.

Hamilton Court

Hamilton Court offers a variety of spacious bedrooms in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom options with world-class accommodations and furnishing options. Riva Residences

Exquisite, contemporary Italian design in a curvilinear form right on the waterfront. With extraordinarily generous indoor and outdoor amenity areas, Riva creates a one-of-a-kind waterfront sanctuary for 100 families. Bradley Deckelbaum and his firm Premier Developers working with FSMY Architects envisioned a 15 story tower that would be energy-efficient, tasteful, and hurricane-proof. Working with them, Mega Supply Pro sourced and delivered everything Riva's sensual contemporary bathrooms required – from Spanish porcelain flooring to Italian cabinetry and American-made plumbing fixtures

Ark Encounter

Mega Supply Store supplied all the plumbing fixtures for the public and private bathrooms and janitorial facilities. Hundreds of toilets, sinks, faucets, urinals, flush valves, tubs, and other commercial parts and equipment has been sourced by our product experts for this project of truly Biblical proportions. Spanning 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high, it features a full-size Noah’s Ark that amazes thousands of visitors young and old on a daily basis, complete with a zoo, exhibits and many other attractions.

Rittenhouse Hill

Philadelphia’s newly delivered luxurious, yet affordable and environmentally friendly apartments in the city’s most beautiful neighborhood. Our dedication to seamlessly integrating high-end finishes into revitalized apartment buildings offers a great living environment at a price our customers and their clients can afford. This renovation and addition completely remade the lobby and amenity space between a pair of 1960’s apartment towers. Mega Supply Pro supplied most of the construction materials for the 14,500 GSF complex that includes a multipurpose space, a fitness center, a juice bar, a pet daycare, and a leasing office.

PHL International Airport

With prime architect Kelly/Maiello Inc., CDA&I provided interior design services for a multi-terminal restroom and companion-care facility upgrade. Encompassing two concourses, 6,000 square feet of area, and 12 different restrooms, the project involved complete removal and replacement of existing facilities. Dynamic colors, modern lighting, and public artwork enhance the comfort and aesthetics of the spaces while improving maintenance and durability.

Goldtex

Mega Supply Pro had taken a full ownership of the material supply and deliveries for the Goldtex project. We’ve analyzed the scope of building materials and finish products specified by KlingStubbins Architects for the entire project, and sourced them directly from manufacturers, delivering them to the construction site at the exact times they were going to be used or installed, greatly streamlining the process, saving time and reducing costs.
