Since our inception, Mega Supply Pro has been looking for ways to lower barriers for entry into the construction purchasing. We’ve been helping our clients navigate the building materials market, continuously streamlining our processes and sharing our experiences with the developer community. Our goal is to see a blooming diverse construction supply market, universally accessible, devoid of red tape and grandfathered redundant practices that hinder progress and create waste.
In an effort to reach a wider audience of contractors, developers, real estate investors, and builders – we’re rolling out a new podcast series available immediately on Youtube. There we will tackle a variety of topics surrounding best practices in construction materials procurement, supply chain management nuances, and other development-related subjects where we believe our valuable experiences will be beneficial to the greater community and general public. Hosted by our VP of Procurement Steven Levin, we will explore the latest technologies that are changing the industry and how companies can use them to their advantage.
Our first episode introduces the audience to Mega Supply Pro’s business model, its history, and puts our experience in the context of the market and industry.
The second episode is predictably focused on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on real estate development, and discusses ways in which the construction materials purchasing processes can adapt to the new environment.
