Post Brothers positions the building as a luxury student hosing complex, optimized to ensure residents receive the best of experience every minute they spend at home. We were asked to put together an attractive package of bath and kitchen fixtures that feel professional and expensive, but don't carry the price tag associated with luxury items. And that is what we've done – bathrooms feature TOTO toilets, and Grohe faucets in the kitchens perfectly complement Kraus sinks, delivering a transitional atmosphere of quality and reliability every day, including the laundry room.
With expansive common areas throughout the building, Hamilton residents enjoy several utility and relaxation spaces ideal for socializing and leisure, as well as a comfortable contemporary work environment. Each of these specialty areas had to be designed and furnished to reflect its character and be conducive to its purpose; we were able to find everything from commercial carpeting and wall surfaces that do not look commercial, to smart entry systems to regulate access to different areas based on factors like the time of day and biometrics.

The HamCo Amenities Building is the latest active lifestyle addition to the Hamilton Court complex. Mega Supply Pro had sourced and delivered all surface materials, finishes, and lighting fixtures for the new fully featured fitness center, as well as the open-air rooftop lounge area with a state-of-the-art swimming pool straight out of a Fashion Week photoshoot.
