2639 Cecil B. Moore Avenue is a 3-unit residential building with commercial frontage. The 4,800+ sqft triplex condominium with balcony and roof deck access features modern exterior design, and custom interior finishes curated and sourced by Mega Supply Pro. The structure also offers a 1,100+ sqft commercial storefront with access to basement storage space and a private rear entrance.
Open floor plans are complemented by the latest top of the line appliances from such desirable brands as GE, Whirlpool, and Blomberg. Recessed lights and other energy saving light fixtures throughout the interior add to the contemporary vibe of the space.
Mega Supply Pro designed, produced, and delivered custom cabinetry for the project, including kitchen island outfitted with a marble countertop. We’ve also sourced favored by many tenants matte black plumbing fixtures for the kitchen and bathrooms that add to the overall sophistication.
No modern bathroom is complete without lighted LED mirrors and ultra convenient double-sink vanities, which Mega Supply Pro had recommended for the project. The final result came out cheaper and more attractive than the originally specified finishes. A special treat for the inhabitants will be the TOTO Aquia toilets in every bathroom, as well as compact washer+dryer combos in every unit.
