Presidential City

A 360º renovation of Philadelphia's first skyrise community

Presidential City was built in 1950 by John McShain, the man who built The Pentagon and Jefferson Memorial in Washington, DC. In 2012 Post Brothers undertook the immense renovation and remodeling project and turned the old apartment towers into a sophisticated in style, thoughtful in features and radically environmentally friendly living experience. The renovated units feature LED recessed lighting, new tilt-and-turn windows, hardwood floors, and sleek bathrooms with waterfall shower heads – all sourced or produced, as well as delivered on time by Mega Supply Pro product specialists and procurement gurus.
