Our sister company Vetrina Windows is manufacturing a line of custom aluminum windows and doors for a Tester Construction’s office building renovation project at 124 S Maple Street in Ambler, PA. The architects from Canno Design created a modern upgrade to this early 20th century 30,000 square feet commercial space that will accommodate 8 tenants.
The projects involves a complete overhaul of the interior and exterior which will feature modern expansive aluminum windows for maximum natural light. Tenants will enjoy efficient open floor plans with option to have exposed duct work, lights & ceilings. All new energy efficient rooftop HVAC units, and a 3rd floor patio is being added which rests above a redesigned entryway consisting of a new curtain wall and glass canopy - all manufactured in our production facility in Bensalem, PA.
