28-Unit New Construction in Brewerytown
Mega Supply Pro partnered with Design Pro Development, and Grit Construction to deliver a gorgeous modern 28-unit 28,000 sq.ft. apartment building in the heart of Philadelphia’s Brewerytown. Designed by KCA Design Associates, the building will feature studio apartments, as well as one- and two-bedroom units, with tastefully curated interiors, underlined with exclusive finishes and fixtures supplied by Mega Supply Pro.
This mixed-use residential-over-commercial project is designed with a first floor steel podium and stick framing above, and will offer its residents a 7-stop elevator system, ground floor parking, balconies, and a roof deck with gorgeous views. Despite the challenges in global supply chains, Mega Supply Pro was able to procure and supply a full range of building materials, fixtures, tile, cabinetry, and appliances for the project.
The bathrooms at The Vienna feature custom vanity and LED mirror ensembles, complemented with sliding shower doors, shower trim, faucets, and bathroom accessories in dapper matte black finish. Mega Supply Pro also supplied a range of sustainable plumbing, such as the trendy toilets, complete with all the necessary hardware, toilet seats, etc.
Even during the pandemic with its supply chain woes we are able to keep projects such as The Vienna on schedule and within budget. Thanks to our purchasing infrastructure The Vienna has been outfitted with excellent quality microwave ovens, ranges, washer/dryer combos, future-proof garbage disposal systems, stylish refrigerators, hardwood flooring, energy-saving HVAC equipment, and convenient modern door and window systems.
Each unit puts an emphasis on large windows and abundant natural lighting, to create a bright and motivating living space. Quartz countertops, tiled bathrooms, and pendant lighting add contemporary touches to every kitchen and bathroom in the building.
For each of the units at The Vienna the design team at Mega Supply Pro had put together custom kitchen packages with custom cabinetry, including hardware, surrounded by trendy subway tile backsplashes, and well-thought out lighting fixtures to elevate the experience of tenants, as well as their satisfaction with the property.
