A Close-Knit Community Reimagined
A community of neighbors whose simple goal was to find people who identify with the idea that knowing their neighbors is a good thing approached Mega Supply Pro in 2016 with plans to build a 30-unit multifamily complex in one of the most sought out parts of the city - right where Fishtown meets Northern Liberties.
Our designers quickly assessed the building plans, as well as functional and stylistic needs of the future tenants, and started putting together a cohesive package of high quality fixtures and construction materials that would soon turn this idea into 30 homes for families looking for comfort, style, and accessibility.
While the construction process was contracted out to a 3rd party development firm, Mega’s specialists had supplied the finest hardwood flooring to match the highly desirable exposed brick and tall ceilings. All apartments were furnished with washer dryer combos procured by Mega Supply Pro, top of the line finishes, kitchen cabinetry, latest American and European appliances, tons of closet space, bike storage systems, as well as latest energy-saving lighting solutions, ceiling fans, and window units. We’ve recently checked in with the management, and are happy to report that all the units have been occupied by happy tenants since the moment construction was finished.
