Mega Supply Pro had wrapped up another project with Aviron Partners bringing a gorgeous pair of brand new townhomes in Philadelphia’s Brewerytown. Situated on a 70-foot deep lot, these spacious and thoughtfully designed homes feature 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and open floor plans complemented by spacious backyards.

Tester Construction is partnering again with Mega Supply Pro on materials sourcing and logistical support for a new mixed-use building on the burgeoning West Girard Ave commercial corridor in Philadelphia. This 14-unit residential building has elevator access to a common roof deck, a gym, lounge, package room and tenant storage.
