The revamped Roosevelt Edition Apartments are an exclusive collection of brand new studio and one-bedroom apartments that feature world-class design made possible by Mega Supply Pro’s portfolio of construction products, including state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, spa bathrooms, and top-of-the-line fixtures and hardware, sourced as complete packages or as individual items.
Mega had equipped these deluxe units with many high-end fixtures, fittings and appliances, including showers lined with Travertine tile and equipped with thermostatic shower columns with hand-held sprays and rain shower heads, Miele multifunction glass-front speed ovens, custom European acrylic cabinetry, floating Italian vanities with storage, and more.

And that is what we've done – bathrooms feature TOTO toilets, and Grohe faucets in the kitchens perfectly complement Kraus sinks, delivering a transitional atmosphere of quality and reliability every day, including the laundry room.
With expansive common areas throughout the building, Hamilton residents enjoy several utility and relaxation spaces ideal for socializing and leisure, as well as a comfortable contemporary work environment. Each of these specialty areas had to be designed and furnished to reflect its character and be conducive to its purpose; we were able to find everything from commercial carpeting and wall surfaces that do not look commercial, to smart entry systems to regulate access to different areas based on factors like the time of day and biometrics.
A remarkable collection of condos with remarkable history
Built in the 1870s, this historic landmark required a gentle and thoughtful approach. Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Philadelphia, the story is best told by Jacob Roller, whose firm J.Roller Development purchased the property in January of 2017:
"When I purchased 10 condo units at 908-10 Spruce Street, I knew I had to hit the ground running. Although the building had about 30 years worth of deferred maintenance and outdated interiors, it was a great business opportunity, but it had to be quick and efficient.

With prime architect Kelly/Maiello Inc., CDA&I provided interior design services for a multi-terminal restroom and companion-care facility upgrade. Encompassing two concourses, 6,000 square feet of area, and 12 different restrooms, the project involved complete removal and replacement of existing facilities. Dynamic colors, modern lighting, and public artwork enhance the comfort and aesthetics of the spaces while improving maintenance and durability. All plumbing fixtures sourced to architectural specs by Mega Supply Pro specially selected for heavy duty high traffic commercial use, as well as compliance with aesthetic standards of the international community using the airport as a public space and transportation hub.
An exceptionally small environmental footprint,
with a modern world-class design
In order to maintain stunning light and views, and yet become incredibly energy efficient, seven different materials make up the surfaces of the outer walls. We included four types of glass, solid aluminum, and a planted green wall on the eastern face. The façade design obscures the ‘loft’ column grid visible on similar rehabilitated buildings. All of the elements of the building’s skin reflect light differently resulting in a striking Jewel Box effect. The first floor exterior is coated with a special high-performance coating.
