From the fountain arrival court and the waterfront lobby, to exceptionally long and deep balconies, RIVA is designed for a sun-kissed, indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

Exquisite, contemporary Italian design in a curvilinear form right on the waterfront. With extraordinarily generous indoor and outdoor amenity areas, Riva creates a one-of-a-kind waterfront sanctuary for 100 families. Bradley Deckelbaum and his firm Premier Developers working with FSMY Architects envisioned a 15 story tower that would be energy-efficient, tasteful, and hurricane-proof. Working with them, Mega Supply Pro sourced and delivered everything Riva's sensual contemporary bathrooms required – from Spanish porcelain flooring to Italian cabinetry and American-made plumbing fixtures.

Rittenhouse Hill Apartments are unrivaled.

The most sophisticated style. The most thoughtful features. The best views. The most environmentally friendly.

An exceptionally small environmental footprint, with a modern world-class design

In order to maintain stunning light and views, and yet become incredibly energy efficient, seven different materials make up the surfaces of the outer walls. We included four types of glass, solid aluminum, and a planted green wall on the eastern face. The façade design obscures the ‘loft’ column grid visible on similar re-habilitated buildings. All of the elements of the building’s skin reflect light differently resulting in a striking Jewel Box.

High-end facilities to enhance the comfort and aesthetics of the space

With prime architect Kelly/Maiello Inc., CDA&I provides interior design services for a multi-terminal restroom and companion-care facility upgrade. Encompassing two concourses, 6,000 square feet of area, and 12 different restrooms, the project involves complete removal and replacement of existing facilities. Dynamic colors, modern lighting, and public artwork will enhance the comfort and aesthetics of the spaces while improving maintenance and durability.

Historic meets euphoric.

Presidential City, Philadelphia’s first skyrise community, was constructed in 1950 by John McShain, world-renowned builder of the Pentagon and Jefferson Memorial, and stands as a landmark to the height of the city’s 20th Century boom. With panoramic views of downtown and Fairmont Park, each apartment tower carries a unique feel of elegance and artistic curation. Setting a new age standard of intraurban living, Presidential City offers both a neighborhood atmosphere and sleek exclusivity from any vantage with the convenience of Philadelphia as your backyard.
